- Refund policy — Stove deposits are fully refundable on ‘off the shelf’ stoves. If there are customizations 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Delivery policy — All stoves are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks to deliver depending on season. Summer is the quietest time of year 🙂
- Return policy – Returns are accepted, however it will be the buyers responsibility to return or pay for shipping to return an item
- Cancellation policy — If a stove build has not started, a customer is welcome to cancel their order and their order or deposit will be fully refunded.
